The Property The Villa is located near Tuscania, at the heart of the Pian di Vico estate, which it overlooks, far from the noise and frenzy of everyday life. Secluded among its surrounding centuries-old olive trees, it can be glimpsed from among the pine-trees of the driveway separating it from neighbouring properties, more than 200 hectares, still producing wheat, forage crops and maize. Although the main part of the Villa goes back to the eighteenth century, it was extended last century when it became the residence of the former estate owners. Now totally remodelled, it offers a comforting welcome to persons loving peace and quiet, immersed in nature.
Rooms & Surroundings All rooms are provided with air conditioning, own bathroom facilities, satellite TV and extra bed or cot on request. The colors and the care taken with architectural details and furnishings in every room and surroundings provide guests with that warm and familiar hospitality that makes their stay enjoyable. Guests may choose from a selection of rooms, ranging from a two-floor suite with cooking area, to a two-floor mansard with dormer window or a classical bedroom with full comforts, fireplace and bathroom. The reception rooms provide relaxing areas for reading or music, and breakfast in family surroundings. The Apartment The apartment is inside the villa, with its own entrance. Description: Living room: sofa bed (double), dining table, TV, gallery with one single and one three-quarters bed. Bedroom: double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower Corridor: double sliding wardrobe Kitchen: fully equipped: dishes, pots & pans, refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, washing-up machine. Guests may use the Villa’s washing machine, gardens and swimming pool. Weekly rent: Euro 900 including: Cleaning at end of let, hot water, central heating, air-conditioning, electricity, parking lot. Small dogs welcome: extra-cost for final cleaning. Euro 30 Garden and Pool Guests may relax in a pleasant garden in the shade of green palm-trees and swim in the pool in warmer weather.
Special Events Our gardens are well suited for weddings, family celebration and other occasions.
Buffet Service On request, a cold buffet luncheon, including salads, cheeses, salami, pies and fruit, is available during the Spring and Summer months. Or you can choose the nearest Restaurants in Tuscania
